• Alfalfa powder
• Siberian Ginseng Root
• Saw Palmetto Berries
• Pau d’Arco
• Chaste Tree Berries
• Hawthorn Berries
• Dandelion Leaf
• Nettle leaf
• Kelp

Dosage: 1/2 – 1 heaped teaspoon 2-3x/day in juice, water or mixed with food.
