Description
Hydrogen Peroxide ((H2O2) has been used for decades to help heal all kinds of sinus, throat, bronchial and respiration complaints.
Hydrogen peroxide consists of a water molecule (H2O) with an extra oxygen atom (H2O2). The extra oxygen atom attaches to acidic material helping to detox inflamed conditions and restore alkalinity.

Storage
Pure hydrogen peroxide never goes off (or bad), but it has a natural slow decomposition and will lose concentration over time. This can be minimised to a loss of strength of about 1-2% a year by storing H202 in a cool, dark place. Exposure to light, air, and temperatures over about 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees F) will create a more rapid loss of strength. The fridge or freezer are the best storage options, although a cool cabinet sealed from light is also good.
A common way of using H202 is by nebulising. To nebulise H202:
Use pure water – good quality spring water or distilled water mixed with 1 part sea water to 3 parts distilled – the salts protect the lungs when nebulizing. Start off with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution increasing to 3% if you feel well with this.
